I just heard the idea that tougher gun control laws would have prevented the massacre at VT today. I submit a differing POV here:
Had every student and faculty member been carrying a gun on the campus that day and been trained how to properly use it, I estimate that there would have been, at the most, 5 people dead on that campus today instead of 33.
